Please provide the answers to the following questions when contacting support:
- Does the problem persist after launching Riffstation with all other programs closed?
- Are you playing Riffstation’s audio through an external audio device or through your computer's internal speakers? If you are using an external audio device, do you still have issue with your computer's internal speakers selected. Options > Set Audio Device
- Are you experiencing audio problems with every song you load into Riffstation? If not, please include an audio file you are having trouble with.
- Please try loading in a song and turning on the tempo tool before pressing play. Does this clear up the audio?
