How do I operate the Knobs, Sliders and Buttons?

Riffstation has a number of controls ranging from knobs to switches. The following describes how each functions.

Knobs such as those used for tempo, pitch, width and separation can be operated by clicking on the knob and dragging directly upwards or downwards. Clicking and dragging up increases the value and dragging down decreases the value. The mouse wheel can also be used to increase and decrease the value. Clicking the RIGHT mouse button on any knob will reset it to its default setting. On Mac OSX, a 2 finger tap on the trackpad will also reset the control.

Sliders are operated by clicking the notch and dragging it left or right. The mouse wheel can also be used to increase and decrease the value. Again, resetting to a default parameter can be achieved by clicking on the notch using the RIGHT mouse button. On Mac OSX, a 2 finger tap on the trackpad will also reset the control

You can interact with the Buttons in Riffstation by clicking on them with your mouse. Some buttons will change state, such as the on/off buttons for each tool which toggle between on and off. Other buttons such as S (solo) and M (mute) are switch buttons in which only 1 state can be active at any time.

Roll Buttons are basically a cross between a button and slider. Use the + and - buttons to increase and decrease the value. The mouse wheel can also be used to increase and decrease the value. Use the RIGHT mouse button to reset the default value.
